  This is not about this branch, but fifth third bank in general. I had only one experience with them, and it was horrible. I would never step through the door of one of their branches again.

  The tellers are very friendly, even when allergy season hampers the ability to communicate. Very clean location, and it doesn't have that stuffy feel to it.

  Well I went to make a deposit & when I look at my balance on my receipt it doesn't show my correct balance. I made a deposit a day before my deposit today and it wasn't showing yesterday's deposit. To make a long annoying story short......the teller that did my deposit ended up putting my money into someone else's account. I am so glad I keep my deposit receipts because then I would have had to argue my case about my previous deposit. Banks should be more professional than this. They should have people double checking each other so these kinds of situations don't happen. Then the teller had the audacity to get a slight attitude with me because I didn't quite get how my receipts were being drafted. I told him if it takes me till yall close today to be satisfied then you should smile and deal with it because yall are the ones that gave my money to someone else. I was so irritated because they didn't want to apologize for the terrible mistake they made. Always keep your receipts and deposits on hand. I am new to this bank and they only have one more chance to do something dumb and I will be taking my banking elsewhere.
