The manager William is a scam artist, he will do anything to tell you what you want to hear and then say the exact opposite up his chain of command. He refused me his manager and refused to help me with an issue that was shellys ( The assistant managers) fault. I have been a PNC member for over five years and always had decent service from several other branches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH.
