    Dropped a watch off for repair (length change, new battery and new crystal), was told a week or so to fix it, ended up returning and leaving with it untouched nearly 2 months later. Took it out to Albion and had it fixed in less than a week.

    Had my grandfather clock for over 4 months and never touched it! When I went to get it back with no repair done they demanded $100.00 to get it back! I have heard of similar experiences with this outfit from two other people. Stay Away!
