  Very hard to contact once they had my taxes to work on. No return phone calls. Finally insisted on being put on hold to talk with the agent only to be told after 5 min that i should leave a message. No respect for the urgency of important questions. Mis- information or lack of communication about results. I would not use again.

  I have been doing business with Dove, Hickey & Boswell, PLC for many years and I cant say enough! I began using Dove, Hickey & Boswell, PLC for myself personally, I was so impressed with the service I began to refer my clients to Dove, Hickey & Boswell, PLC and every one of them has been just as pleased. It is one thing to have your taxes done, its a completely different experience when you know they have your back and get it done right! The staff really takes the time to explain why something is the way it is. The key to a great relationship with any professional is communication, whether it is an email or a phone call they are very timely when it comes to responding. The staff has always been able to accommodate my crazy schedule when it comes to personal meetings as well. I can't say enough about Dove, Hickey & Boswell, PLC!!
