- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I spoke with a women named Renaee, and she has to be the worst human being I ever spoke with. My father sadly passed away before he could collect the disability that had been owed to him for years. My brother and I supported him financially at this very difficult time. I called to check the status on the claim and she informed me the money wasn't ours anyway so it shouldn't matter if it could take abother 2 plus years to return to us. She literally told me I was rude and it wasn't our money anyway. Id say it was the worst customer service ever, except united airlines has set that bar pretty high recently.
