- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got a call from a extremely rude lady for some sort of "personal matter" asking for someone who isn't me, told them to take my number off their list and never call me again. If you get a call from them just hang up, they are SCAMMERS. When I confronted her about all the bad reviews online about them, she patronized me and asked if I believed everything I read on the internet. No MA'AM, but I sure don't believe anything you say. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Any company that is thinking of using them would do well to choose someone else. I recently got a new number and apparently the person who had the number before owed a debt that they were trying to collect. I got two calls from their company, and they did not leave a message. I called the number back, and they would only say they were a "private business." Then they wanted my information which obviously I wasn't going to give. The lady was very rude and evasive. I'll just block the number because it's not a loss to me, but I'd encourage businesses to choose someone else.By Russ Den, December 06, 2016

For the one who said it was a scam because they didn't owe the electric company money cause the account was closed, no you don't owe the electric company money, you owe l j Ross the money. Use credit karma to view your credit score.
